The campground will open on May 1 – October 15th, 2026. 

Welcome to Burton’s family-oriented campground situated on the shores of the Arrow Lakes.  We are 22 km north of the Needles Ferry and 36 km west of Nakusp on Highway 6 towards Fauquier.

We have 37 sites which are mostly treed; some sites are pull through.

There are large open areas for recreation; a volleyball net, horseshoe pit, and space for bocce is available for use.

• Sites A, B, 1 to 8 and 25 to 35 are serviced sites (power/water) that are reserved on a single sleeping unit basis.  Please review our campground policy on adding additional sleeping units to your reservation.
• Sites 9 to 17 – Non-Serviced -Small Sleeping Unit/Tenting area, are 1 unit only sites and camping unit must be 19 ft or less. If you book a longer unit into these sites, you will find that you don’t have a site when you arrive.
• Waterfront sites 18 to 24 are non-serviced sites that are reserved on a single sleeping unit basis.  Please review our campground policy on adding additional sleeping units to your reservation.

  Additional Sleeping Units – Our site reservation fee covers 1 sleep unit and car/truck only. You must call in advance for approval if you would like to add an extra unit to your site reservation. All requests for including an additional sleeping unit to your reservation must be approved to ensure everyone will safely fit, to have their reservation details include your guest’s name for checking in and ensure everyone is aware of the additional fees that will be charged for each sleeping unit added –
  **There is no extra fee for a child’s tent (17 years old and younger) if in a reserved site and no additional vehicles have joined site.

All registered guests are welcome to use our hot shower facilities free of charge. If you are a non-guest to the campground, there is a $4.00 charge to use this campground amenity.

Sani Dump available on site. There is an $10.00 charge per dump, if you wish to use this campground extra. The use of the sani-dump is not included in your reservation fee, and can be paid by cash, debit or credit card at the time of use.

**If you are looking for a site less then 24 hours before check in – please call for availability, or email reservation@burtonhistoricalpark.com with Name, Phone Number, Check In/Out date request, how long your sleeping unit (tent, trailer, rv) is, and if you require a serviced site.**
